I consent to TWIG MODEL GROUP LLC (TMG LLC, INN 7806267852, OGRN 1177847152174; address: Premises 42-N, Building 1, 21 Sotsialisticheskaya Street, Saint Petersburg, 191119, Russia) processing the information I provide in this form to review my modelling application and contact me about it.

Data: name, city, age, height, any measurements and shoe size provided, email, telephone number, link to photographs or a portfolio, and information in the introduction field. For an application on behalf of a child, this also includes the representative’s name and contact details and the child’s information in the form. In that case, I confirm that I am the child’s parent or legal guardian and consent to processing the child’s information and my own information.

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. Applications are stored in a private WordPress area on Beget hosting. A full copy, including contact details and the link to photographs, is sent to the agency at twigmodelgroup@gmail.com using Gmail (Google). I consent to this information being transmitted to that email service to review and respond to my application. Google may process data outside Russia. This consent does not authorise publication of application details or photographs in the directory, or use for marketing emails.

Processing lasts until the application has been reviewed, and no longer than 90 days after submission unless a separate lawful basis arises for further contact. You may withdraw consent by emailing twigmodelgroup@gmail.com with the subject “Withdraw consent” and the contact details used in your application. Requests to correct or delete data can be sent to the same address. Processing will cease and data will be deleted within the time limits set by law.

This consent is separate from the privacy policy and does not authorise public disclosure of personal data.
